Return of goods warranty
If you believe that your product KSL does not fulfill the terms of the guarantee mentioned above. We invite you to contact us to know the best way to correct the situation. To do this, you can reach us by phone at 1 514 274-2323 or by email at: email@example.com . If a refund is necessary, do not forget to include a copy of your invoice with the product you are returning.
Any product that you are not completely satisfied may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase for an exchange or full refund. You are not required to give us the reason for return, but we always appreciate knowing why a consumer is not satisfied.
For returns of goods sold at regular price, you can request an RMA number via your KSL account. Your purchase is eligible for an exchange, credit note, or reimbursement. For articles discounted at 30% and over, you can also request an RMA number, but KSL is not responsible for the transport fees. You can choose to pay your transport upfront with the provider of your choice, or have the amount deducted from your return value, if using our Canada Post account. Your discounted articles are eligible for an exchange or credit note.
